From ₹1.45 lakh to ₹2.3 crore a month in revenue.
The founders had products and no infrastructure around them. We started with the store itself and worked outward, on a budget where everything had to pay for itself before the next thing could be funded.
Revenue grew 159 times over roughly two and a half years, on 143 times the order volume. All figures Meta-reported.
Where the account went.
| December 2022 | April 2025 | |
|---|---|---|
| Ad spend | ₹15,468 | ₹57.4 lakh |
| Revenue | ₹1.45 lakh | ₹2.31 crore |
| Purchases | 159 | 22,669 |
| Campaigns running | 2 | 69 |
| Return on ad spend | 9.38x | 4.02x |
Products, and no infrastructure around them.
We started with the store itself and worked outward from there. The founders came to us with a limited budget, which shaped the whole first year.
Everything had to pay for itself before the next thing could be funded.
What we built.
The Shopify store first
We designed and built the store before anything else, since paid traffic has nowhere useful to go without one.
A content engine on three formats
Creator videos in the influencer's own voice, static ads for the feed, and influencer stories for audiences that respond to something less produced. Those three feed each other, because a story that performs tells you what the next static should say.
Meta for volume, Google and SEO underneath
Meta ads carried the volume, with Google Ads and SEO capturing the demand the creator content generated.
How the account actually scaled.
December 2022 shows 9.38x on two campaigns, ₹15,468 of spend and 159 purchases. That is a test budget. Returns at that size come from the warmest, cheapest slice of an audience and predict very little about what happens at scale. Everything after that was finding out how deep the audience went.
Cost per purchase rose from ₹97 to ₹253 across the period, which is what it costs to move from the easiest few hundred buyers to twenty thousand a month. Average order value went up over the same stretch, so the customers arriving at the larger scale were spending more than the early ones did.
Search kept delivering buyers when paid got expensive.
Paid media carried the volume while we built organic search beneath it. Through 2024, that channel roughly doubled.
| Jan 2024 | Dec 2024 | Full year | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organic sessions | 4,605 | 9,607 | 84,482 |
| Organic revenue | ₹3.81 lakh | ₹7.15 lakh | ₹70.1 lakh |
Search brought in people who bought at twice the rate of those arriving by typing the address.
Revenue across every channel fell 31% from the first half of 2024 to the second. Organic revenue fell only 12% over the same stretch while organic sessions grew 35%, lifting organic's share of total revenue from 2.9% to 3.6%. That gap is the reason to fund search while the ads are working.
159x revenue. 143x order volume. One store, built from zero.
Organic search doubled in 2024 and now contributes revenue that costs nothing per click. And in 2025, the brand walked onto Shark Tank India.
