The numbers first.
The most crowded shelf in ecommerce.
Indian beauty is among the most crowded categories in ecommerce — discount-led competitors, marketplace undercutting, and a customer who can switch brands for ₹200. This brand came to us in March 2021 wanting to grow sales faster than that competition could respond.
Nobody had run their paid media before, so we started from an empty account with no previous agency’s structure to unpick.
Grow sales faster than discount-led competitors could respond.
What we found first.
SEO errors were holding back organic visibility, and technical problems were costing conversions once traffic arrived. Paid traffic landing on a site that leaks buyers wastes budget on every click.
We fixed both before scaling spend. We also took over creative production — beauty is a category where the same customer sees competing ads all day, so the creative decides whether the media budget does anything.

How we run the account.
Creator-led prospecting
Makeup artists and beauty creators demonstrate products in their own voice. Each product line gets several creators and several hooks, so no single asset carries the budget into fatigue.
Advantage+ catalog retargeting
With exclusions that stop the account from paying to reach customers who bought last week.
Optimised to ROAS, reported the same way
Campaigns are optimised to return on ad spend, not to clicks or reach. We report the same way.
A customer costs <span class="font-serif-italic text-[#FFCC00]">a seventh</span> of what they spend.
Return on ad spend describes the account. What decides whether a beauty brand can keep growing is the gap between what a customer costs to acquire and what they spend — before any repeat purchase. In a category where competitors discount to hold shelf space, that gap is what funds growth.
Across 67 lakh landing page views, 6.04% ended in a purchase. At that volume, small movements in site conversion move crore-level revenue — which is why the technical work came before the spending.
₹9.23 crore in. ₹61.7 crore back. 6.69x.
We have run the account continuously since 2021 — and it is still scaling.
